The K1 property was redeveloped to maximize views and capture the contemporary design aesthetic of the clients. With an eclectic style, the design captures a variety of architectural styles with striking lines and wood highlights utilized in the modern facade of the residence. Big windows and natural light dominate the west facing facade, allowing big views of downtown Seattle along with gorgeous Lake Washington sunsets.
